By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

8. Ordering Process & Artwork


We make every effort to provide clear and color-correct images that reflect the true nature of the products. However, website images and emailed proofs are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail.
The color in the proof is not the real color, It is difficult to show the correct color on the monitor, the color will be made in the Pantone number "C" (not "U").
We suggest that all customers approve the digital proof or make all changes and finalize their orders in 3 days from the time of placing the order. For all unapproved proof, the order will remain on hold. Please keep in mind that the digital proof option is only valid for 3 days if no changes are requested within 3 days or if we get no response from the customer we will start production. The system will auto-approve the proof and this is irreversible. However, in the event, that the customer requests or initiates to leave the order on hold for production, the order will keep on hold until advice or until the confirmation is received from the customer.
Please keep in mind that the late proof approval negatively impacts the production and shipping process and the delivery date will be moved to a later date. Change of mind and wish to amend or cancel your order before your order/s goes into production, a modification or a full refund can be accommodated. However, any changes or cancellations are no longer an option once the proof has been approved and gone into production, or if the order has been shipped.
Customer is responsible to ensure they have proper permission to utilize copyrighted logos in the products they want to customize. We do not take liability for copyright designs.

9. Package Protection


We make every effort to provide clear and color-correct images that reflect the true nature of the products. However, website images and emailed proofs are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail. Our Package Protection program ensures a worry-free shopping experience with its comprehensive guarantees.
Firstly, we offer Guaranteed Delivery, which means that if your order arrives later than the promised delivery date, we will provide a full refund for the shipping cost. In case the package is no longer needed due to the delay, we will gladly accept the return and issue a full refund. Secondly, we provide Guaranteed Product, assuring you that if your order is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will promptly exchange it for the correct or undamaged item. Lastly, we prioritize customer satisfaction with Guaranteed Service.

10. Discount and Promotion


A. Eligibility and Redemption: Promotional discounts ("Discounts") are available to eligible customers ("Customers") as determined by Custom Napkins Now. To redeem the Discount, follow the instructions provided. Only one discount can be applied per transaction.

B. Maximum Discount: All discounts have a maximum cap of $100 per transaction unless otherwise specified.

C. Exclusions and Changes: Discounts may have product and service exclusions. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate discounts without notice. All discounts are exclusive for product cost only and are not applicable to paid shipping and package protection.

11. SMS Terms of Service


The Custom Napkins Now mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Custom Napkins Now ("Custom Napkins Now", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Custom Napkins Now's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Custom Napkins Now through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Custom Napkins Now. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Custom Napkins Now mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
