Can I see the proof first before I pay?
Certainly! You can view the proof after the order is placed but you can submit the order without paying by selecting the See Design Pay Later option on the payment method. No bank information is required and there is no obligation to order.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
The turnaround time depends on the delivery date you selected when the order was placed.
Does all delivery dates guaranteed?
Yes. As long as there were no delays in approving the proof and no issues with the artwork, we will be able to meet the agreed delivery date.
What are the file types accepted?
We require a vector file that may come in a .ai, .eps, .PSD, .pdf, or .svg format. If any of these file formats are not available, a PNG with at least 300 DPI will do.
Can I cancel the order if I don't like the proof?
Yes. As long as the order has not reached production for processing yet. you can still cancel the order. However, from a business perspective, we will try every attempt to save the order like sending revised proof until you are satisfied with how it looks. If after a few revisions and you still decided to cancel, just let us know so we can process your request.
Can I return the product and get a full refund if I didn’t like the outcome?
No. This is the reason why we are sending you proofs for your approval before we start the production. Approving the proof means that you agree with the design, colors, textures, etc.
Do you charge a shipping fee?
Shipping is always free if you are not in a rush. The earlier delivery dates and their corresponding charges are available at the bottom of the order now page.
Can I create an account with you so it would be easier for me to track the order?
There is no need to create an account to check the status of your order. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you via phones, emails, and chats.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You will be notified via email once the order is shipped so you can easily track it.
How can I process a payment if I opted in to your See Design Pay Later option?
The payment link will be sent to you along with the proof. It will appear at the bottom of the proof image once you click the Approved button.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay using any credit card, debit card, PayPal, and check.
What if I do not have any artwork?
That's ok. Just share your ideas on how you would like your design to look like and our great designers are willing to extend their help to digitize it at no extra cost.
